World Arena Marketing and Media Information
World Arena Marketing (WAM) is an in-house advertising agency that provides a wide range of media/advertising services to events and promoters who use our facilities. Our staff has extensive experience in media planning and buying, creatives services, group sales, promotions, publicity and public relations. This experience, along with strong ties to and an understanding of our community has allowed us to form marketing partnerships with several local entities which allows us to implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies. - Andrea is responsible for the overall performance of the Sales and Marketing team. She also manages the media relations for the World Arena and Pikes Peak Center, placing traditional advertising, developing promotional campaigns and managing PR.*

-Verlee provides customer service for Penrose Club Members, coordinates Club needs with other departments, tracks Club ussage and assists with renewals. She also provides adminstrative support to the Marketing Department.

-Whitney develops and implments sales and marketing strategies to increase group sales for the World Arena, Ice Hall and the Pikes Peak Center. She creates, manages and maximizes sales campaigns that target specific group markets and develops and maintains group accounts

-Jessica develops and implements non-traditional marketing plans designed to reach targeted projections for ticket revenues, including email/database marketing and website/internet marketing. She also manages social media platforms and is in charge of graphic design and support.

-Aaron oversees in-venue marketing for the World Arena and Pikes Peak Center. This includes lobby, marquee and scoreboard operation. Additionaly, he is in charge of in-house video production and localization.
