Penrose Club FAQs

Q. Can I purchase additional tickets to an event in addition to my club seats?
A. For most concerts, club members can usually purchase the number of tickets equal to the number of club seats in the membership. We will do our best to accommodate each request. The ticket limit varies with each performance. The advance notices will include the ticket limit if one has been set.

Q. Can I sit on the floor for a concert, or do I have to sit in my club seats?
A. Yes, you can opt to sit on the floor instead of in your club seats. However, the Club Seats offer an excellent view of the stage.

Q. How are we notified of upcoming events?
A. The preferred method of notification is by email. We can also fax or mail the notices.

Q. Do we have a deadline for ordering tickets before they go on sale to the general public?
A. Yes, the deadline is normally a day or two before they go on sale to the general public. Our turn-around time is often a week or ten days. The deadline date for ordering will always be stated on the advance notice. Should a member miss a deadline, the member may still purchase from the best available seats at that time.

Q. Can I purchase a club membership without the CC hockey tickets?
A. No, you cannot purchase a club membership without the CC tickets at this time.

Q. Can I bring guests into the club for dinner and/or drinks?
A. We will set a guest quota for each event based on the popularity of that event and the anticipated number of actual Club Members that plan on attending. Members are allowed up to two guests per seat purchased when accompanied by the member in the Club. We will do our best to accomodate special requests.

Q. Who do we call for extra tickets, passes or dinner reservations?
A. Please call the Club Concierge at 477-2102 by noon the day of an event and by noon on Fridays for all weekend events. Last minute requests may be difficult to accommodate. The extra tickets and guest passes will be left at the Reception Desk located at the Club Entrance (between Gate A and Gate B) for pick up.

Q. What time does the Penrose Club open prior to an event and how long does it stay open afterwards?
A. The Club opens 1 ½ hours before the start of an event. This is to allow plenty of time for dining. The club will remain open for 1 hour after the end of the event so members can enjoy a cocktail while waiting for the traffic to clear.

Q. Is the Penrose Club open on non-event days?
A. No. However, we plan special events and parties for club members in the club and trips on non-event days.

Q. What is the calendar year for a club membership?
A. The calendar year for a club membership is August 1 through July 31.

Q. Which major credit cards do you accept?
A. The World Arena accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa.

Q. Can I give my parking pass and club pass to a friend for an event that I am not attending?
A. You can loan your parking pass but not your Penrose Club pass. Guests will be issued a wrist band for Club entrance. If you lose or missplace a parking pass, there is a replacement fee charge.
